About these terms
These terms govern your use of thebluepools.net and any service relationship you enter into with The Blue Pools LLC ("we", "us"). Submitting a form or signing up for service means you accept these terms.
Service relationship
Pool service is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party can end the relationship with two weeks' written notice. We may decline service for safety reasons, scope outside our expertise, or geographic limits.
Pricing & billing
Weekly service is billed monthly at the flat rate quoted at sign-up. Repair work, parts, and one-time projects are quoted in writing before any work begins. Past-due accounts may pause service until current.
Access
If you provide a gate code or key, you authorize us to enter the pool area to perform the work agreed to. We don't enter the residence. We're responsible for securing access points after each visit.
Liability
We carry general liability insurance and operate as a licensed business in California. We're responsible for damage we cause directly through negligence. We're not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, structural issues, or third-party damage outside our control.
Website terms
Site content is for informational purposes. Pricing examples are estimates, not binding offers — actual quotes are issued in writing after a site visit. We may update site content at any time without notice.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from these terms or the service relationship are governed by California law and resolved in Riverside County, California.
