The case for a local route operator.
Pool service is a local trade. The pools in Temecula share a climate, a water source, and a set of equipment that ten years on a route teaches you. We've been servicing this part of Riverside County since 2014, and the route is built around relationships: same team, same day, same depth of attention every week. If you've been through three pool services in five years, that's the thing that's been missing.
We're CPO-certified, licensed as The Blue Pools LLC, and we don't subcontract. Every visit is run by us. Every repair is quoted before any work begins. Every change in the chemistry log is something we can explain.
Frequently asked.
01 Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Service is month-to-month. Cancel any time with two weeks' notice — we just ask for time to bridge you to the next service.
02 How does pricing work?
Every pool is different — size, type, equipment, and condition all change the math. We do a free site visit, look at your pool, and give you a flat monthly rate in writing. No phone-guesses, no surprise add-ons, no long-term contracts.
03 Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're CPO-certified (Certified Pool Operator), insured, and operate as The Blue Pools LLC. Proof on request.
04 What's the difference between weekly service and repair?
Weekly is the ongoing chemistry + cleaning route — same tech, same day each week. Repair is one-time work: pump rebuilds, heater diagnostics, leak detection, plumbing. Weekly clients get priority on repair scheduling and a small loyalty discount on parts.
05 How fast can a green pool be cleared up?
Most pools are swimmable within 3–7 days of starting recovery. Severity matters — a 'light green' clears faster than a black-green pool that's been sitting for months. We'll give you an honest assessment on day one.
06 Do I need to be home for service?
No. We have keys / gate codes / fobs for most clients. We log every visit so you can see what was done without being there.
07 Do you handle salt-water pools?
Yes — every cell brand. Hayward AquaRite, Pentair IntelliChlor, Jandy AquaPure, CircuPool, and the rest. Salt cells need a 6-month inspection minimum; we handle that as part of weekly service.
08 What if something on my equipment breaks between visits?
Call or text the business line: (951) 903-5277. We'll diagnose remotely if possible and dispatch a truck the same or next day for anything urgent (no flow, no chlorine, no heat in winter).
