what's included

How we run green-to-clean recovery.

When chemistry collapses, you don't need a 'service plan' — you need recovery. We assess the pool, balance to algaecidal levels, run filtration on a recovery schedule, vacuum sediment, and return you to swim-ready water. Most pools are clear in 3–7 days.

  • 01 Initial assessment + chemistry baseline
  • 02 Shock + algaecide protocol matched to severity
  • 03 Filter cleaned or replaced before recovery
  • 04 Sediment vacuumed to waste (not back through the filter)
  • 05 Daily monitoring until clarity returns
  • 06 Hand-off to weekly route if desired
common questions

Frequently asked.

01 Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Service is month-to-month. Cancel any time with two weeks' notice — we just ask for time to bridge you to the next service.

02 How does pricing work?

Every pool is different — size, type, equipment, and condition all change the math. We do a free site visit, look at your pool, and give you a flat monthly rate in writing. No phone-guesses, no surprise add-ons, no long-term contracts.

03 Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're CPO-certified (Certified Pool Operator), insured, and operate as The Blue Pools LLC. Proof on request.

04 What's the difference between weekly service and repair?

Weekly is the ongoing chemistry + cleaning route — same tech, same day each week. Repair is one-time work: pump rebuilds, heater diagnostics, leak detection, plumbing. Weekly clients get priority on repair scheduling and a small loyalty discount on parts.

05 How fast can a green pool be cleared up?

Most pools are swimmable within 3–7 days of starting recovery. Severity matters — a 'light green' clears faster than a black-green pool that's been sitting for months. We'll give you an honest assessment on day one.

06 Do I need to be home for service?

No. We have keys / gate codes / fobs for most clients. We log every visit so you can see what was done without being there.
